Introduction to Sign Language Course

Would you like to start learning the fundamentals of British Sign Language?


East Durham College is now offering an Introduction to Sign Language course at venues around the North East, including Durham Deafened Support.

The course is designed for complete beginners, so if you don’t know anything about sign language, this is the perfect starting point.

This course is FREE of charge for all - there are no course fees associated with the course at all. The course runs for 5 weeks, part-time from 6:00 to 8:30PM*.
